Paradoxology - A talk from Dr Krish Kandiah

Paradoxology - Why Christianity was never meant to be simple - is the theme of a talk and discussion to be led by Dr Krish Kandiah at Bible Week Plus 2016.

Where is God? Why God? What is He really like?, Is He really there? Does God really care? - Some of the many questions of life that really bother us.

What if we have been going about this all wrong? What if we have settled for neatly packaged simplistic answers instead of seeking out the deep and rich realities of our faith?

What if it is actually in the most difficult parts of the Bible that God is most clearly revealed... what if it is in and through our struggles and doubts, that we learn the meaning of a true relationship with God?

What if this ancient faith we call Christianity has survived so long, not in spite of, but precisely because of its apparent contradictions... What if Christianity was never meant to be simple?

Krish Kandiah is President of the London School of Theology, Europe’s largest interdenominational, evangelical theological college. He is an author and speaks regularly at national and international conferences.
